        本文在简要回顾日本福岛核电站事故进程的基础上,重点分析了引起事故的主要原因以及事故对核电站本身、周边环境、公众健康和社会的影响,并就事故对我国核电技术选择、核安全管理、核能发展战略、核安全文化与教育等方面的影响进行了思考与分析。

        The cause of the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant accident and its impacts on the nuclear power station itself,environment public health and society are emphatically analyzed in this paper.The impacts of the accident to China’s nuclear power technology selection,nuclear safety management,nuclear energy development strategy and nuclear safety culture and education are considered and analyzed.
