        能源是经济社会发展的命脉和支柱,经济全球化促使各国合作从双边走向多边,在 “一带一路”倡议实施背景下,对合作模式进行研究有利于更好地加强同沿线国家的能源 合作。从文献计量角度对可再生能源领域的全球已发表的论文数据进行挖掘分析,重点对 “一带一路”沿线国家合作发表文章的合作模式进行分析。研究结果表明:“一带一路” 沿线能源合作研究逐渐向多边趋势发展;“一带一路”沿线国家寻求合作的主体依然以发 达国家为主,且自身仍表现出发展中国家从属特征;机构间合作以政府推动型较为多见, 南南合作存在地理邻近效应;中国在相关领域合作研究规模不断扩大,但与“一带一路” 沿线国家开展多边合作的力度不足。
英文摘要
        Energy is the pillar of social progress and national development. Environment and economic globalization make the cooperation between countries from bilateral to multilateral. Studying of energy cooperation pattern is helpful to strengthen its cooperation with the Belt and Road countries. This paper analyzes the global paper data of renewable energy field through data mining in bibliometrics perspective, and researches the multilateral cooperation pattern of those paper data. The results show that the multilateral cooperation mode rises gradually in the Belt and Road countries, and the main body of the cooperation is consist of developed countries while the performance of developing countries demonstrates a dependent feature. The government plays key roles in promote multilateral cooperation. South-South cooperation shows geographical proximity effects. China’s research quantity filed in renewable energy has kept increasing, but its strength of multilateral cooperation with other countries needs to be improved.

Male, Full Professor and tutor for Ph.D. students at School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology(BIT). He is director of the Center for Scientific Assessment and Innovation Management, BIT. He is also UNESCO Chair in South-South Cooperation for Science and Technology to Address the Climate Change. His research direction covers decision theory and methods, evaluation of science and technology, technology innovation management, intellectual property management, industry economy, and data mining and DSS. He has published more than 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals, and co-authored 8 books.
